At TSB, I’m leading the Enterprise Core Banking team to integrate and harmonise core customer and account management services with Santander. I defined a prioritised integration roadmap with stakeholders across both organisations and manage plans, risks and dependencies against Part VII milestones.

At Capital One UK, I led “Convergence,” migrating 6,500 Ab Initio-based data processes to AWS Glue using Claude. We consolidated them into 10 reusable data products, targeting a reduction in data movement request ETAs from three months to one day for 80% of requests.

At Barclays UK, I delivered MyProfile, a £5m customer data management programme that reduced duplicate customer records by 99% and complaints by 84%, while enabling the launch of the unified Barclays One App. I also advised the Executive Committee on transformation strategy and led quarterly PI Planning, improving release cadence by 20%.

Earlier at Barclays UK, I delivered digital and contact centre transformation initiatives, including an AWS Connect voice and chat solution that generated approximately £3m in annual business benefit. I hold an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering, and have SAFe and ICAgile certifications.
