I'm looking to lead complex enterprise transformation across regulated data, AI, technology and operational change, where I can align senior stakeholders, strengthen governance and turn strategic priorities into measurable, sustainable outcomes.

I've led enterprise transformation at Lloyds Banking Group, LSEG and J.P. Morgan Chase, aligning data, AI, cloud, regulatory and operational initiatives into disciplined delivery agendas. I bring 15+ years of experience owning major budgets, strengthening governance and giving Boards and Executive Committees clear visibility of risk, investment and delivery decisions.

Most recently, I owned a £30M Markets Data, AI and Regulatory Transformation portfolio at Lloyds, led Responsible AI adoption, and directed PRA commitments across business and technology functions. Earlier, I delivered regulated cloud modernisation, platform transformation and airport systems integration, including a $27M terminal programme that improved passenger processing by 50%.
