What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead regulated payments and data transformation programmes end-to-end—balancing strategy with hands-on execution, strong governance, and measurable business value, while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver to time and budget.

I’m a senior level programme leader with more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex transformation programmes across FinTech, banking, payments, and cross-border solutions. I bring strategic vision and hands-on delivery to drive growth and expansion across start ups, SMEs, corporates, and major financial institutions.

In regulated environments, I’ve delivered end-to-end programmes spanning BAU operations, regulatory change, payments, FX, lending and savings, including third-party platform integrations and global scheme exposure (Visa and Mastercard). I’ve led data transformation initiatives—designing scalable data processing workflows and managing data migration to modernise back office operations.

I also co-founded a money service business, which gives me practical insight into scaling digital products and leading cross-functional teams. In my most recent roles, I’ve automated billing and settlement, migrated clients to transaction-based settlement models, improved real-time processing and partner risk controls, and governed multi-stream delivery to time, cost, and agreed outcomes.
