I bring 26 years of techno-functional, commercial, and executive-governance experience to complex transformation programmes. I've led financial market infrastructure transformation programmes for Santander, Nomura, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and Broadridge, connecting strategic priorities with delivery across data, operations, technology, and front-office teams.
At Santander, I led the COO-sponsored SCIB Client Hierarchies programme across a €75M revenue portfolio. I directed IT and data-remediation workstreams, migrated 105K+ records with zero data loss, improved P&L transparency by 10%, and reduced client-hierarchy request turnaround by 40%.
My work spans KYC and client lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, reference data, clearing and settlement, collateral management, and target operating model design. At Nomura, I consolidated four regional systems into a BCBS239-compliant reference-data platform, delivering $1M in efficiency gains.
I've also owned product roadmaps and global platform delivery, including Fenergo implementation at Credit Suisse and multi-asset clearing and settlement expansion at Broadridge.
