What I'm looking for

I’m looking for interim, permanent, contract, and advisory leadership (remote/hybrid) where governance and delivery stabilisation matter—turnaround, transformation and business-critical change with strong stakeholder, supplier and operational outcomes.

I’m a senior delivery, transformation and operational leader with 20+ years’ experience across Prop Tech, Utilities/Water, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, Infrastructure, Managed Services and Public Sector environments. I’m recognised as a credible, dependable leader who brings governance discipline, delivery velocity, commercial focus, operational stability and mission-led leadership to turnaround and business-critical change.

I strengthen PMO standards, planning discipline, governance controls and executive reporting to improve visibility, accountability and execution. In recent roles, I’ve led strategic programmes (including AI tooling, telephony transformation and cyber programmes), managed third-party suppliers and partners, and led cross-functional teams through ambiguity, change and recovery—while holding accountability for delivery capacity planning and organisational readiness.

Earlier in my career, I improved governance maturity and delivery quality across healthcare technology platform teams and led enterprise-scale software and product development in regulated Credit and Fraud environments. I built transformation strategy and technical governance, created dashboards and Agile maturity improvements, and delivered operating-model change—moving from Waterfall to SAFe/Agile—to lift quality and reduce time to market.
