What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Intermediate Systems Administrator role supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID environments, where I can apply my infrastructure, endpoint deployment, compliance, and SLA-driven support experience.

I've supported endpoint deployments, Windows systems, and enterprise infrastructure across Compugen, Gowling WLG, Majorel, Kelly, and Festival Hydro.

At Compugen, I deploy and configure desktops and laptops across Waterloo Region Catholic School Board schools, maintaining standardized imaging and configuration compliance. Previously at Gowling WLG, I provided Tier 1 deskside support for lawyers and administrative staff, supported Microsoft 365 and Azure-connected services, and collaborated on endpoint compliance and incident resolution.

Across hybrid and remote environments, I've handled imaging, software provisioning, VPN troubleshooting, patch validation, vulnerability remediation, PowerShell automation, documentation, and SLA-driven support. I'm Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and focused on Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID environments.
