I'm looking to contribute my VMware, Windows, Azure, data-center, and IT service-management experience in a role supporting reliable infrastructure, resolving complex issues, improving processes, and sharing knowledge with technical teams.

I've supported office, plant, and enterprise users at ADM Agri-Industries and Sunguard Services, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, Windows, and Microsoft 365 issues while keeping incidents and service requests on track.
