I am an IT & Cloud Systems Administrator with hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and core networking services. I have built and managed virtualized lab environments, worked with AWS and Azure services, and automated administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and reliability.

I bring experience from regulated banking and training environments where I performed system and network troubleshooting, incident response, backup and restore testing, and cross-team technical support.
