I’m a results-driven IT Systems Administrator with 5+ years of experience designing, modernizing, and securing enterprise IT infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and hybrid environments. I focus on cloud migrations, endpoint management, identity and access management, and cybersecurity—always with an automation-first mindset.

In my current role, I’m the sole IT Systems Administrator supporting 120+ users. I built an AI-powered IT support chatbot using Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to improve self-service and reduce ticket volume, while also administering Jira Cloud to streamline workflows and continuous improvement.

I also strengthen security end-to-end: implementing Intune, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, MDM/MAM, RBAC, SSO, SSPR, and Microsoft Entra PIM to tighten identity governance and access controls. I improved Microsoft Defender Secure Score to 90% and reduced endpoint exposure by 10% through policies and automation, including a major identity migration for 120+ Windows devices from on-prem Active Directory to cloud-first Entra ID and Intune.
