I’m a customer service professional with experience processing returns, managing online orders, exchanges, rentals, and the disposal of hazardous materials like batteries and lightbulbs. I adapt quickly, support coworkers when needed, and safely handle equipment and merchandise weighing over 50 lbs daily.

I’ve also worked seasonally as a concession worker in fast-paced settings with strong attention to health and safety standards, while staying prepared and communicating clearly with coworkers and customers. Alongside my customer-facing roles, I served as a treasurer for the NAU Anthropology Club and volunteered at a naval air museum supporting artifact classification, event check-ins, and ticket sales.
