I'm looking to lead and optimize end-to-end email programs where I can improve customer journeys through segmentation, personalization, testing, strong QA, and cross-functional collaboration.

At JPMorgan Chase, I execute and QA high-volume, multi-product email campaigns end to end, validating personalization, compliance, links, rendering, and creative accuracy before deployment.
