What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a leadership role where I can train teams, support smooth day-to-day operations, and use scheduling, customer service, and data entry/Excel to meet goals while maintaining strong communication.

I’m a District Manager with experience training Managers, Asst. Managers, Shift Leads, CSR’s, and Delivery Drivers—covering interviewing, hiring, and store operations like Opening and Closing shifts.

In my current role at Dominos Pizza, I focus on coaching teams, conducting store inspections, and driving goal tracking through accurate data entry—while keeping customer service at the center of day-to-day execution.

Before that, I supported healthcare operations at SSM Health St Anthonys Hospital by scheduling patients for CT Scans, Ultra Sounds, X-rays, and MRI’s; entering physicians orders; and handling insurance verifications, authorizations, and denials.

I also bring strong administrative and patient-facing experience across multiple departments, including Patient Access (registration, payment collection, and admitting workflow) and office support like multi-line phone systems, filing, and expediting orders—backed by skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office.
