I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can own reservations performance, strengthen online distribution (Google and OTAs), and drive revenue through smart pricing, market analysis, and team leadership.

I’m a results-driven Reservations Manager with over 10 years of experience in international hospitality and airline operations, including globally recognized brands such as IHG. I bring proven expertise in revenue optimization, pricing strategy, OTA management, and digital visibility to improve occupancy, ADR, and online distribution performance.

In my current role, I lead and oversee daily reservations operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. I manage and update the Google Business Profile to enhance online presence, support hotel search visibility on Google, promote room and food & beverage offers across digital platforms, and manage OTA channels including Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia while monitoring booking trends and competitor activity.

I also coordinate closely with Sales and Front Office teams, supervise group bookings, and handle special requests to protect guest experience end-to-end. Previously, I supported revenue strategy to maximize occupancy and ADR, managed reservations inventory and group blocks, analyzed booking trends with generated reports, and led training initiatives to strengthen team performance while ensuring compliance with IHG standards.
