I am a CRM and enablement specialist with 4+ years leading CRM implementations, automations, and training programs that make systems work for people. I focus on streamlining processes, documenting workflows, and building enablement content to increase adoption and operational consistency.

At Corvus Janitorial Systems I designed CRM upgrades, integrations, and automation (Zapier), built decision-making frameworks, and partnered with vendors to deliver custom SugarCRM tools. I also developed scalable training assets and led onboarding to reduce ramp time and improve user engagement.

In my current roles I own payroll processing, manage contractor onboarding, maintain lead databases, and support marketing-CRM alignment through automated workflows and campaign sequencing. I create and maintain SOPs that standardize processes and reduce onboarding friction.
