I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can automate reporting, improve data quality and operational traceability, and deliver practical, data-driven changes that help teams make decisions faster.

I’m an Operations & Data Analyst based in Mexico City with experience supporting business decisions through data organization, reporting, and process improvement. I enjoy transforming scattered information into structured, traceable, and actionable insights that help teams work more efficiently.

At JPM Jubilación y Pensión Máxima, I contributed to the design and implementation of a CRM-style management system in Excel and Google Sheets, helping centralize operational tracking across commercial, legal, operations, and finance teams. I supported data standardization efforts, improved record consistency, and helped strengthen end-to-end visibility across processes.

My experience includes building reports with Power Query, creating dashboards in Excel and Power BI, validating data quality, documenting workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define metrics and reporting requirements.

I also bring hands-on operational experience managing business processes, inventory controls, reporting, and administrative workflows through spreadsheet-based systems and digital tools.
