What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can own recruiting operations end to end—scheduling, workflow tracking, and candidate experience—while collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones and improving processes through careful organization.

I’m a Recruiting and Operations Coordinator focused on making recruiting run smoothly—especially in high-volume, global environments. In my most recent role, I coordinated 10–15 interviews daily across multiple time zones while keeping communication clear between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

I manage the operational backbone of recruiting by tracking scheduling metrics, maintaining candidate records and recruitment pipelines in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and handling interview workflows end to end. I use Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Chime to keep logistics tight and reduce scheduling conflicts, while staying the primary point of contact for a strong candidate experience.

Before recruiting, I supported international logistics and project execution as an Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator, managing daily operational updates, documentation, and ticket-driven workflows. I’ve also built strong customer support skills through high-volume technical support and emergency response coordination, which sharpened my calm communication and attention to detail under pressure.
