I’m looking to lead enterprise AI/data/cloud revenue growth—owning complex deals, shaping multi-cloud go-to-market strategy, and coaching teams to exceed quota through value-based selling and executive-level stakeholder alignment.

I’m a results-driven Enterprise Sales Leader with 20 years of progressive experience at Dell and Oracle, spanning infrastructure, database, cloud and AI-powered data platforms. I consistently exceed quota—both as an individual contributor (up to 183%) and as a people manager (up to 120%)—by pairing complex deal strategy with strong executive engagement and stakeholder alignment.

At Oracle, I’ve led teams and full P&L ownership for AI, Generative AI, analytics and data platform solutions, building multi-cloud selling strategies that integrate OCI with AWS and Google Cloud. I’m recognized through two Oracle President’s Club awards and selected for the Emerging Leaders program, and I bring a behavioral science lens to coaching—using value-based selling, deal-strategy playbooks, and structured stakeholder mapping to accelerate deal velocity and develop high-performing teams.

Sold Oracle database and middleware and expanded into cloud (IaaS/PaaS) as the portfolio launched, building operational playbooks and best practices.
