Led a sales team driving adoption of Oracle’s next-generation data platform and AI portfolio across Italian commercial accounts. Executed go-to-market for AI, Generative AI and analytics, and built multi-cloud selling strategies integrating OCI with AWS and Google Cloud to accelerate high-value deal velocity.
Owned full P&L for Oracle’s on-premises technology licensing in Italy, managing annual revenue targets of €10M–€15M. Achieved 105% average quota attainment across multiple fiscal years while defining national sales strategy for database, middleware and BI in a mature market.
Managed up to 10 sales professionals as one of three team leaders covering Italy’s mid-market from the Málaga hub. Built an ISV and top commercial account organization, achieving 120% average team quota attainment and implementing coaching programs, stakeholder mapping, and deal-strategy playbooks with zero involuntary attrition.
Joined a pilot program centralizing Oracle’s Italian mid-market technology sales in Málaga and helped scale the hub from 2 to ~30 sales professionals.
