I’m a responsible, supportive, and efficient professional with aptitude in customer service and administrative assistance, and I’m willing to go out of my comfort zone. I bring strong performance under pressure and a leadership-minded approach to every front-line interaction.
In my most recent role as a MedVA medical receptionist, I handled patient intake, appointment scheduling, and medical records management. I processed referrals and performed health insurance verification, combining customer service with careful administrative accuracy—supported by tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Suite.
