What I'm looking for
I work as a Long Term Substitute, teaching daily lessons with modifications for students and managing an average of 150 students consistently. I meet deadline expectations as required by the school district while working closely with coworkers to maintain order and structure. I also mentor and tutor students, using my organization skills and technology comfort to support a strong learning environment.
Outside the classroom, I’ve built a strong track record in service and troubleshooting. As a Customer Service Representative, I provided friendly, thorough service, listened and empathized to identify problems, handled inbound calls, and completed accurate follow-ups. I also supported patient intake and case management as a Chiropractic Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist—greeting patients, capturing insurance, scanning documents, collecting co-pays, and helping with care plans, referrals, insurance issues, and scheduling—then applied similar customer-first problem solving as a Mobile Sales Associate by assisting with cell phone plans, troubleshooting issues, and handling transactions through POS.
