I’m looking for a role where I can build and optimize CRM/marketing automation with data-driven analytics—turning campaign performance and predictive insights into measurable pipeline growth, dashboards, and scalable customer journeys.

I’m an MBA Finance & Marketing Analytics graduate who turns CRM and marketing data into actionable, scalable automation and predictive insights. I’m especially strong at optimizing customer journeys, improving lead quality, and building reporting that stakeholders can actually use.

As a Senior Consultant at Forvis Mazars Group (US - Remote), I manage CRM accounts, contacts, opportunities, campaigns, leads, and ABM initiatives while partnering across US and EMEA stakeholders to translate business objectives into customer-centric automation. I optimized end-to-end campaigns to increase lead generation and improve lead management, leveraging platforms like Marketo and HubSpot Automation, and tracking performance using data-driven metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rate). I also handle data extraction, cleansing, and uploads into CRM using tools like FetchXML/XRM.

Previously, as a Lead CRM Analyst at Sutherland Global, I worked with stakeholders to capture requirements across multiple projects and sectors, and built predictive intelligence using Salesforce Data Cloud and external data to support next-best actions and HCP/message strategies. Before that, I supported email marketing and automation at PwC Global (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), created dashboards and workflows using DataLoader, and contributed to financial analysis and reporting—along with SOX/GDPR-style compliance awareness.
