At TP, I lead workforce financial planning and budget governance for seven client accounts representing more than €60M in annual revenue. I run annual budgeting, weekly forecasting and reforecasting, profitability analysis, and financial-control reviews.
I connect operational demand, AHT, productivity, staffing, attrition, and service levels to capacity, cost, and profitability plans. Using Excel, Power BI, SAP BW, and automation, I consolidate reporting, build scenario models, and help Operations and Finance make data-backed decisions.
