At Remix Global, I partner with Marketing and Growth across nine European markets, owning revenue planning, sales forecasting, and marketing investment for a business generating approximately €100M in annual revenue. I built an end-to-end Revenue & Sales Forecasting tool and unit-economics frameworks that helped reduce CAC by 20% and support expansion into three European countries.

Previously, I led the end-to-end Finance function for Grupo Boticário’s greenfield US market entry, building the P&L framework across B2C, B2B, and Wholesale channels as the business achieved 7x revenue growth in three years. I led a seven-person team, strengthened financial governance, supported post-M&A integration, and improved reporting and close processes through tools including QuickBooks, Tableau, Looker, Excel, and Google Data Studio.

My FP&A foundation was built at Cia Tradicional de Comercio, where I progressed from Junior FP&A Analyst to FP&A Lead and supported a 50-store hospitality operation through private-equity-backed transformation and expansion. I turn business drivers into practical plans, forecasts, investment decisions, and clear actions for leadership teams.
