At Teleperformance Greece, I administer the NICE IEX Workforce Management platform and build reporting solutions used across multiple business units. I analyse workforce and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

I create KPI reports, dashboards and management reporting that support workforce planning and operational decision-making. Using Excel, Power Query and VBA, I've automated reporting and workflow processes to reduce repetitive manual work.

I work closely with Operations, Planning, HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data and maintain reporting accuracy. I also document system workflows and technical procedures while contributing to continuous process improvement.

My experience also includes product requirements and release validation at CostEat, business operations and profitability analysis at Django Restaurant & Bar, and financial reporting and reconciliations at Euromedica SA.
