I’m a people-focused Coach Chief with 14 years of experience in education and 1+ year in corporate coaching and HR. I combine classroom instruction, team leadership, and organizational design to drive measurable, people-centered change—while achieving set goals without exception.

Since 2011, I’ve developed English learners as a public junior high school teacher, contributing to district-wide curriculum and textbook selection. I also led a 15-person teaching team as head teacher for three years (2021–2024), balancing frontline decision-making with initiatives that improved engagement.

In April 2025, I became Coach Chief / HR at Morrow World Inc. After early individual coaching results were recognized, I led a section and met the long-term contract-renewal KPI every month in the first half of the year without a single miss. I apply a hypothesis-testing and continuous-improvement cycle to address learner challenges, share best practices from top performance, and raise overall team capability.

From 2026, I’m concurrently handling HR responsibilities, building systems to improve organization-wide performance. I led the design and administration of mid-year and year-end performance review cycles, planned onboarding for lead evaluators to standardize evaluation skills, and shape HR initiatives that connect mindset change to business impact.
