Enthusiastic professional transitioning from talent acquisition to English instruction.
What I'm looking for
I am an enthusiastic and internationally minded professional with a strong foundation in talent acquisition and a recent transition to elementary English instruction. Currently, I serve as a part-time English Instructor at Chimney House After-School Academy in Yokohama, where I design and deliver engaging, cross-disciplinary lessons that promote language development, creativity, and problem-solving skills in young learners.
Known for building warm, supportive relationships with students and families, I foster interactive learning environments that reflect international values and inclusivity. Leveraging my previous experience in recruitment and stakeholder engagement, I bring strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for community building, which aligns well with the mission of the International School of the Sacred Heart to empower students with courage and confidence.
