Kevin Irmiter

I am an experienced English instructor with a proven track record teaching elementary and private students across Aichi and Gifu Prefectures since 2003. I develop level-appropriate curricula, adapt content for national exams, and create educational materials using Microsoft Windows and media-editing tools.

I provide strong interpersonal support to local teaching staff, guiding colleagues to become more effective English teachers and coordinating with administrators to evaluate and improve instructional systems. My work includes bilingual communication and customer service with students and guardians.

I hold a B.A. in English from Loyola University Chicago and JLPT N2 certification, and I work comfortably at a business Japanese level. I bring team-building skills, clear communication, and a focus on creating a relaxed, open learning environment.
