I’m a founder with 12+ years partnering with business leaders on strategic HR, organisational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning across Europe and Asia.
I built Elevate Dynamics GK and People Protocol from zero—shipped a performance management platform that links objectives, skills, behaviours, and KPIs into structured evidence chains to improve clarity, development, and decision-making.
Across my HR leadership roles, I’ve designed career frameworks, led succession reviews, and coached senior leaders through change—earning a reputation as a trusted partner for complex people challenges, from talent calibration to leadership structure redesign.
