At Osaka Institute of Technology’s Language Learning Center, I lead a university Self-Access Learning Center, its programs, daily operations, staff coordination, and learner support. I designed a mobile-first orientation walkthrough to help first-time visitors understand the space and find services that fit their goals.

I also created bilingual scenario-based training for student staff, with realistic dialogue and branching choices for practicing welcoming responses. I redesigned staff training as a growth framework and developed materials for onboarding, guided practice, reflection, and development.

I develop academic communication curriculum and coaching for STEM students, including research presentations, visual aids, Q&A, and conference preparation. I also track engagement data in Google Sheets and co-author and proofread the Insights textbook series for Japanese university students.
