What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile delivery for digital products and AI-enabled software, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve execution, automate workflows, and align technology outcomes with customer and business goals.

I'm leading delivery and program execution for digital banking and fleet management initiatives at Mashreq Bank, managing three active projects and a product stream across engineering, product, and operations teams. I drive sprint planning, roadmap alignment, delivery governance, stakeholder reviews, and workflow improvements while supervising 10–12 engineers and contributors.

Across Crew Logix, Albiware, Apex System, Illinois Department of Human Services, DevBatch, Jin Technologies, and Viztec Solutions, I've delivered mobile apps, backend services, and cross-platform products in banking, healthcare, logistics, education, tourism, and public-sector environments. I combine Agile program leadership with hands-on mobile engineering in iOS and Android, and use AI-assisted delivery, automation, and modern workflow tools to improve speed, reduce risk, and keep technical execution aligned with customer and business needs.
