With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed a strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, CI/CD, cloud computing, and problem solving. My interest lies in creating solutions that improve the customer and employee experience, optimize the business processes, and enhance the security and performance of the systems.

As the EVP Engineering at REDMATH, a leading IT company that provides innovative solutions for the financial sector, I lead a group of talented engineers and product managers in delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. I am responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering, estimation, analysis, conducting scrum refinement, planning, daily meetings and retrospectives.
