What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in project delivery or PMO where I can drive Agile practices, improve delivery processes, mentor teams, and deliver high-impact web, mobile, and AI projects.

I am a results-driven Project Manager with 10+ years leading cross-functional teams to deliver web and mobile applications, augmented reality, and AI solutions (NLP, RAG, and computer vision). I combine a technical background in software engineering with an MS in Project Management to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality goals.

Throughout my career I have managed multiple projects simultaneously, established PMO practices, supervised project managers, and standardized templates and processes to improve delivery consistency. I am proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), risk assessment, budgeting, stakeholder management, change control, and team leadership.
