What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to bring my animal care knowledge and personalized service to the Smalls Cat Concierge team.

At Supreme Radio Communications, Inc., I served as a key contact for customers, vendors, technicians, and management. I investigated complex customer problems and coordinated practical solutions across teams.

I managed warranty issues, explained next steps to customers, and worked with vendors and service personnel to resolve concerns. I also coordinated service dispatch and scheduling while keeping stakeholders informed.

At Charlie's Aquarium, I answered animal care questions and gave customers personalized product and care guidance. I also developed and presented animal education programs for schools and Wildlife Prairie Park, and helped establish a native snake exhibit there.

Through independent animal rescue work, I rescued primarily cats and coordinated veterinary care, vaccinations, and spay/neuter procedures before finding adoptive homes. I hold a biology degree from Illinois State University and a CompTIA A+ certification.
