What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing operations role where I can resolve complex issues, support team training, collaborate across departments, and improve day-to-day service processes.

I'm a Customer Support Specialist at Grainger, where I handle larger case assignments, collaborate across departments, and help establish ongoing training protocols. I also mentor coworkers and lead weekly team meetings as needed.
