Throughout my work experience, I have developed strong client service and leadership skills. At Pet Smart, I utilized my de-escalation skills to resolve customer issues effectively, while also analyzing customer data to inform sales strategies. My role as an acting project manager at Great Plains Enterprises allowed me to hone my organizational and communication skills, as I delegated tasks and resolved project issues efficiently. I am passionate about creating positive experiences for clients and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Currently, I work as an Animal Care Technician at PetAllies, where I am responsible for the intake of animals and ensuring their safety and well-being. I actively engage with the community to promote adoption rates, reflecting my commitment to animal welfare. I am excited to leverage my skills and experiences in a role that aligns with my passion for psychology and community service.
