I've supported IT operations at NETCO–NNPC Engineering and Technical Company, resolving helpdesk issues, maintaining networks, and assisting with hardware and software systems.
As an IT Intern, I monitored network performance, installed IT equipment, updated asset inventory, and followed security protocols when handling company data. My training includes Cisco Networking, Information Security Management System, information security, and professional conduct and ethics.
I've also worked hands-on with computer hardware repairs at Chidono Computer Academy, diagnosing device issues, running antivirus scans, optimizing systems, and tracking repair tools and spare parts.
