What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where my instinct to find root causes, prevent recurring issues, and document lasting fixes is valued, while I continue building stronger technical and analytical skills.

At NUPRC, I kept network and IT systems running for 45+ staff across two offices, troubleshooting hardware, Wi-Fi, and Microsoft 365 issues.

I reduced daily network dropouts from six to one by identifying faulty Wi-Fi access points and coordinating with the ISP. I also monitored switches and access points to prevent recurring outages before they affected staff.

During my internship at Study Across Globe, I improved visa-document accuracy, built a streamlined digital record system, and resolved staff IT issues on the spot. I’m continuing to build stronger technical and analytical skills through further study.
