At Leadership Newspaper, I provided first-line support for newsroom staff, resolving hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues. I documented fixes and installed and configured Windows 10/11 workstations, including drivers and Office 365.

I also troubleshot LAN connectivity, configured printers, and performed preventive maintenance on office computers. I supported digital and multimedia operations, including video streaming and photography.

My projects include a concept design for an intrusion detection system that analyses network traffic, plus AI-enabled designs for crop disease identification and offline learning. I completed a cybersecurity program and earned a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Bingham University.
