What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can deliver hands-on IT helpdesk support, keep improving my cybersecurity skills, and contribute to phishing detection and user protection through practical, well-documented work.

I’m a motivated Computer Science graduate combining IT helpdesk experience with a strong cybersecurity foundation. I’ve supported interdepartmental teams through troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while keeping service moving through escalation and clear communication.

Through coursework and practical work, I’ve strengthened my ability to recognize and address real security risks—especially phishing. My final year project, “Phishing Detection and Classification Using XGBoost Algorithm,” and my ongoing “Phish-Intel (SaaS platform)” reflect how I like to turn security awareness into actionable detection and user training.

I bring an organized, people-first approach: documenting issues, maintaining inventories, helping users get productive fast, and onboarding them with confidence. Alongside my IT work, I actively contribute as a Graduate Member of CPN and have led NACOS events to improve student engagement, logistics, and outcomes.
