What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve ServiceNow platforms, workflow automation, CMDB operations, and secure enterprise integrations in an Agile environment that values collaboration, platform best practices, and continuous learning.

I've built, configured, and supported ServiceNow solutions at Obitron and 3One Technologies across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine, and custom applications.

I develop workflow automation, Service Catalog experiences, platform scripts, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide API, REST APIs, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and TMF Open APIs. My work includes secure API connectivity using OAuth 2.0, mutual TLS, SSL certificates, and token management, alongside integrations with Azure, AWS, GCP, Microsoft 365, Jira, Salesforce, and monitoring tools.

I'm committed to reliable ServiceNow delivery through CMDB data health, access controls, testing, production support, technical documentation, and Agile collaboration. I hold ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications and bring experience working with ITIL-based processes, telecom, OSS/BSS, and service assurance environments.
