I'm looking for a customer sales or support role where I can build customer relationships, resolve concerns, deliver strong service, and contribute to performance and sales goals.

I've built 4+ years of BPO, customer service, and sales experience across Touchstone Communications and Concept BPO. At Touchstone Communications, I was named Top Performer of the Year in 2025 for consistently strong sales performance.

I handle customer needs, concerns, objections, and service issues through active listening, clear communication, and rapport building. I recommend suitable products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience and working toward sales targets.
