What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service or support role—ideally remote—where I can use my hotel reception and call center experience to handle inquiries and resolve issues, while continuing to grow my Turkish and WordPress skills.

I’m a motivated, hardworking person currently living in Istanbul, Türkiye. I have experience in hotel reception, call center support, marketing, and retail sales, and I enjoy helping customers from the first interaction to a confident resolution.

In my roles, I welcomed guests and handled check-in/check-out, managed reservations, and responded to customer inquiries. I also answered customer calls, resolved issues professionally, promoted products and services, and handled cash and daily shop tasks. I’m currently learning Turkish at university and improving my WordPress skills, and I’m seeking customer service, support, or remote opportunities.
