What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can combine multilingual communication, calm conflict resolution, and hotel/customer service systems to support guests and deliver reliable, friendly service while growing into more responsibility.

I’m a customer service professional with hands-on experience across reception, call center support, and interpreting work. I bring fluent English and strong verbal communication, combined with a solution-oriented mindset to help guests and teams feel understood.

In my roles, I’ve managed front-desk and customer interactions, handled inquiries calmly, and supported conflict resolution with emotional intelligence and empathy.
