What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time remote opportunity in customer service, operations, administrative support, sales support, or virtual assistance.

At Sofitel Hotel Spa, I supported international guests in English and Turkish through face-to-face, telephone, and messaging channels.

I managed reservations, schedule changes, guest inquiries, payments, and service-related follow-up. I also recommended suitable services based on guest needs.

When guests had requests or complaints, I worked to resolve them while coordinating with operational team members.

In retail and education services, I assisted customers, explained products and services, and supported customer follow-up and purchase decisions. I’m seeking a full-time remote opportunity in customer service, operations, administrative support, sales support, or virtual assistance.
