Led UX research and design across a portfolio of 5 connected services on a B2B SaaS transport management platform that reached 1,000,000+ shipments. Designed AI features across the prediction, analysis and reaction loop, and built the Figma design system library with the React front-end team.

Redesigned the consumer mobile booking journey for airport-arriving tourists, including a 5-step flow with a running price total, an insurance comparison matrix and localised payments, and defined HEART launch metrics.

Usage observation and community interviews reframed the buyer–seller chat brief from 'add AI' to 'add structure', delivering user-driven AI prompts, in-chat order assembly and translation that kept deals on-platform.

Led UX for data-heavy investment and trading products (B2C and B2B) across web, Android and iOS, sustaining a 4.8 App Store rating. Grew the cross-functional UX/UI/BI team from 7 to 14 within a 200-person IT organisation.

Took an Executive MBA project to market: a B2B2C repair service for 412 B2C clients plus corporate partners. Owned product, design and the build (WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, InPost and BaseLinker with custom integrations) and secured EU pre-seed funding.

Led a 5-person employee and customer experience (EX & CX) team and introduced the Ant Design system to legacy back-office tools, significantly improving employee satisfaction.

Created the F.I.T. and F.I.V.E. UX discovery frameworks, which helped win multiple enterprise transformation deals. Led experience design for Athens International Airport employee service apps and UX discovery for the Volvo–Oracle transport management collaboration, which evolved into Logivity.

Co-founded an EU-funded C2C marketplace for children's products and ran the product lifecycle from user research and four prototype iterations focused on trust and usability to go-to-market.

Directed end-to-end design of a consumer mobile payment solution and delivered the SEQR-to-Glase rebrand, payment-app refresh and design system in 8 weeks.

Led UX for data-heavy clinical trial dashboards with 3 senior UX subcontractors. Pivoted the channel to an Alexa voice skill when mobile patterns did not fit the patient group, validated through usability testing, and applied HEART metrics.

Managed a 7-person UX/UI team across the bank's digital product portfolio and set UX strategy through cross-industry research, analytics and co-creation workshops.

Led a 3-person team on one of the first user-friendly contactless (NFC) mobile payment experiences in Poland, with field tests in grocery stores and defined launch KPIs. Won the Best Customer Centric Excellence Award, Florin Awards Europe 2016.
