What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote sales or customer support role where I can use my communication and customer service skills, grow my sales experience, and contribute to a team. I’m especially interested in roles involving outbound calls, customer relationships, lead generation, and appointment setting.

I have 2 years of remote customer support experience with iWorkRemote, where I handled customer calls, followed up with customers, addressed questions and concerns, and helped find suitable solutions. I’m comfortable communicating with different people and working independently in a remote environment. I also have experience using HubSpot CRM and handling outbound calls. I’m currently studying Engineering at Imo State University and I’m interested in building my experience in sales, marketing, customer relationships, and remote work. I’m a quick learner and open to learning new tools and processes.
