I also spearheaded and managed internal initiatives for developing and strengthening the organization's international/localization project processes. As a Senior User Experience Researcher, I led international and domestic UX research projects, analyzed and presented research findings, and supported the organization's international research process. As an independent contractor, I have designed and implemented qualitative insights and benchmarking research for leadership programs, managed international projects, and advised NGO officials and business leaders to influence public policy and development. I have also served as a consultant for a major computer software company, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the United Nations, conducting research and developing recommendations that influenced policies and provided training in leadership development.
