I've led enterprise SaaS implementations at Carta, managing end-to-end onboarding from discovery through go-live across a high-volume portfolio. I also became an early implementation SME for Tactyc, trained fellow implementation PMs, and helped establish onboarding processes as it integrated into Carta's platform.
Previously, I led fintech, customer-experience, compliance, and operational initiatives at Goldman Sachs and Merrick Bank, including IVR modernization, the GM Card transition, compliance launch approvals, and UAT.
