At iSON Xperiences, I handle customer enquiries and follow each case from first contact through to resolution. I document interactions in XCALLY CRM, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues when needed.
I work to service level agreements and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. My experience also includes maintaining accurate records as an Agricultural Science Instructor at Anglican Cathedral Secondary School.
At Agrovic Veterinary Clinic, I assisted clients and maintained service records while supporting daily operations. I hold a B.Sc. in Animal Production and Health from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), and completed the iSON New Hire Induction Programme.
