At HERE Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., I lead quality and process excellence for HD map data operations serving Mercedes-Benz and BMW ADAS programs. I govern delivery for a 40,000 km portfolio and its €1.2M annual operating budget.
I built Python analytics platforms that process more than 175K features per run, with feature-level traceability and automated quality and governance dashboards. This work cut critical customer RCA cycle time by 75%.
At CEAT Limited (RPG Group), I led plant operations and represented plant teams in the Deming Prize TQM journey. I helped establish Self-Managed Teams and 16 Quality Circles, with improvements including a 14% scrap reduction and a 50% cut in changeover times.
