I’m looking for a leadership role where I can build and scale quality/operational excellence systems—using RCA, audits, and KPI governance—to improve live performance, reduce rework, and help teams execute reliably under pressure.

I’m an Operational & Process Excellence leader with 14 years building quality systems that hold under pressure across technology, automotive, and professional services. I’ve taken organizations through CMMI Level 3 in 12 months and led multiple first-time ASPICE assessments.
